Every cow in our herd is pure pedigree with a fully traceable lineage going back up to 60 years. By breeding selectively and keeping only our finest stock, we ensure peak quality in every generation. Each animal carries two unique ear tags linked to an official lifetime passport, guaranteeing total traceability from day one.

You will have the opportunity to visit our farms, where you can learn about the interesting process of animal husbandry. And at the tasting, you will feel like you are in the Swiss Alps, and you will also bring home unique delicacies.
